This document serves as the absolute single source of truth for what LogicSpike is. This is a personal project intended for a future startup, completely distinct from any other company projects like Otonomiq Converse.
1. Core Vision (The "Why")
(What is the ultimate goal of LogicSpike? What problem does it solve in the world?)
- LogicSpike is an all-in-one super-platform designed to empower agencies, startups, business owners, and creators to effortlessly manage, plan, and automate the core aspects of their businesses from a single, unified interface.
2. Target Audience (The "Who")
(Who are the ideal users or customers for LogicSpike?)
- Agencies: Needing a centralized hub to manage multiple client workspaces and services.
- Startups & Founders: Looking for an out-of-the-box solution to set up their business infrastructure without cobbling together dozens of expensive SaaS tools.
- Business Owners: Seeking to automate repetitive tasks and consolidate their software stack.
- Creators: Needing tools to automate content, manage newsletters, and engage with their audience.
3. Core Value Proposition (The "What")
(What does LogicSpike actually do? What are its primary features that make it special?)
- LogicSpike provides every essential service needed to set up and scale a business. Users can manage the maximum amount of their business operations from our platform, heavily focusing on automation and planning.
- Suite of Integrated Services (The Ecosystem):
- Blog Engine: (Our starting point) A powerful, decoupled content management system.
- Chatbot Integration: AI-driven customer support and engagement.
- Content Automation Engine: Streamlining the creation and distribution of content.
- AI Brain: Cross-product intelligence layer — an AI copilot that understands the entire business, learns over time, and acts across all services.
- Contact Intelligence: Per-contact memory, emotional understanding, and proactive outreach — enabling relationship-based AI products (companions, tutors, coaches, sales bots).
- AI Teammate: (Vision) The AI Brain evolves from a copilot into a full team member — owns responsibilities, executes tasks autonomously, reports back, and earns more trust over time. Every LogicSpike user gets an AI colleague that works 24/7.
- Meeting Intelligence: AI assistant joins actual meetings (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams), listens in real-time, captures notes/action items/decisions, feeds learnings back into the AI Brain's memory, and briefs the owner on what they missed. The AI Teammate gets context from every meeting — not just chat.
- Voice Call Assistant: AI voice agents for business calls.
- Newsletters: Built-in email marketing and audience management.
- Mass Advertisement: Tools to plan, automate, and manage ad campaigns.
4. The "Winning Factor" (Competitive Advantage)
(Why will LogicSpike succeed where others fail?)
- The "Business in a Box" Automation Edge: Instead of jumping between a CRM, a blogging platform, an email sender, and an AI chat tool, LogicSpike offers a deeply integrated ecosystem where all these tools talk to each other seamlessly. This allows for cross-service automation that fragmented tools cannot achieve.
- Enterprise-Grade Infrastructure: By building a decoupled, multi-tenant architecture with RS256 PBAC from Day 1, LogicSpike can scale from a single creator to a massive agency seamlessly.
5. Long-Term Milestones
(What does success look like in 1 year? 3 years?)
- Phase 1 (The Foundation): Focus entirely on building a rock-solid, mature platform architecture (Authentication, Multi-tenancy, RBAC/PBAC) and launching the very first cornerstone service: The Blog Engine.
- Phase 2 (The Ecosystem Expansion): Once the core platform is fully developed and mature, begin rapidly building and deploying the remaining suite of products and services (Chatbots, Content Automation, Voice Assistants, Newsletters).
- Phase 3 (The Intelligence Layer): Deploy AI Brain + Contact Intelligence. Every service feeds into a unified AI that learns the business, remembers every customer, and surfaces insights proactively.
- Phase 4 (The AI Teammate): The AI evolves from reactive copilot to autonomous teammate — owns tasks, manages workflows, and runs parts of the business. Users delegate, review, and trust over time.
- Phase 5 (The Automation Engine): Deeply integrate all services to allow users to build complex, cross-service business automations and workflows powered by AI orchestration.
Note to AI and Developers: When working in this repository, always align architectural and feature decisions with the vision defined in this document.
