This file used to hold a long-form draft. It duplicated the page and drifted from it, so it was replaced by this pointer. The draft is in git history
(commit b70fc616; the version with the operator filled in is 9673b57d).
Open points, tracked in ../communication/ses-production-access/gap-log.md:
- The policy reserves the right to suspend an account, but there is no staff control that suspends a workspace across every service (G72).
- "Pause sending" works automatically only when
REPUTATION_ENFORCEis on. It is off in production (checked 2026-10-07, G68), so a pause is a manual staff action. - Appeals go to
hello@vlozi.app, which a Cloudflare rule delivers to the operator's personal inbox rather than the Mailbox. Decided 2026-10-07 to keep it that way (G55). - Agency use is allowed: an agency sends from its own workspace and is responsible for its clients' lists, consent and content (G76).
